Leader of the Shift

Effective leadership and team motivation are key to a successful shift. As the leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team through busy periods, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional customer service.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and have experience leading or supervising teams. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to motivate and engage your team on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team during specific periods of trade
  • Motivate and engage the team on shift
  • Champion food safety and quality standards
  • Proactively improve guest experience

Requirements:

  • Experience leading or supervising a team within a busy environment
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
  • Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
