Senior Communications Leader

Our organisation is seeking an experienced and skilled communications leader to join our team. As a senior member of the communications practice, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, building relationships with clients and partners, and mentoring junior team members.

You will leverage your expertise to help clients engage with their stakeholders and communities, develop strategic communication plans, and deliver results-driven campaigns.

With a strong track record of managing complex issues and leveraging past business relationships in new roles, you will be recognised as an industry leader and innovator.

As a collaborative and supportive team player, you will work closely with other departments to achieve shared outcomes and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • 10+ years of experience in communications, engagement, and community relations, including managing issues for government and/or the infrastructure sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to form long-term, trusted relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent skills in managing relationships, teams, projects, and issues.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and work co-operatively with people of all levels to achieve outcomes.
