We're seeking an ambitious and charismatic individual to spearhead our membership growth initiatives.
As a Membership Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving membership acquisition and retention efforts across our network of gyms.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new members and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with gym teams to provide exceptional member experiences and foster a sense of community.
- Craft engaging marketing content and campaigns to showcase the benefits of our fitness services.
- Build strong relationships with existing members to encourage referrals and repeat business.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of sales or business development experience.
