We are seeking an experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified Early Childhood professional to join our team as a casual Assistant Educator at Londonderry Early Learning Centre.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As an Assistant Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Developing and implementing engaging learning programs that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven sector experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
