We are currently seeking an experienced New Terminal – Airport Planner.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will support the planning of new facilities at Perth Airport, accommodating Qantas Group Operations and International growth.

This exciting opportunity reports directly to the Consolidation Planning Manager.

You will be responsible for undertaking data analysis and planning studies to inform New Terminal requirements.

In addition, you will facilitate the delivery of high-quality planning studies by external consultants, providing planning data and inputs, assisting in the review of their outputs, and engaging them for smaller studies.

The candidate will also assist in preparing key planning documents and inputs for the wider consultant team and for approvals.

You will provide timely planning information to support New Terminal studies by internal stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will offer technical guidance on the planning of the New Terminal, ensuring initiatives are delivered in line with PAPL's approach to Work Health & Safety, Risk Management, and Environmental Management.

**Requirements:**

· A minimum of 3-5 years of airport planning experience.

· A degree in a relevant discipline.

· Strong analytical and data analysis skills.

· Familiarity with the Planning and Design process for infrastructure projects.

· Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

· Ideal experience with a drawing package such as CAD.

· Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

· Collaborative attitude, can-do approach, and high level of professionalism.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this position is approximately $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
