Wood Structure Construction Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an assistant in building wood structures and assisting with repairs around the farm.

  • The ideal candidate will be attending secondary or post-secondary school in a trade, construction or building program.
  • Prior experience using tools and reading building plans is considered an asset but not a requirement.
  • Candidates must have demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves animals, the outdoors, and is a self-starter who enjoys being part of an exciting project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in building wood structures and repairing facilities around the farm.
  • Work under the guidance of experienced carpenters and tradespeople.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in carpentry and construction techniques.
