We are seeking an experienced professional who can take advantage of ongoing training opportunities to further their career. A Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is highly regarded but not essential.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Expertise: Interpret and analyse prescriptions with precision, ensuring every customer receives the correct prescription.
  • Frame Styling Specialist: Help customers select the ideal lens types for their prescription and take accurate measurements for a perfect fit.
  • Quality Control Expert: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles, ensuring everything is just right before collection.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in optics, excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Ongoing training and development opportunities will help you grow and advance your career.

A strong understanding of optical principles, including prescription analysis and lens selection, is crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with colleagues and customers alike.
