Visual Merchandising Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Merchandising professional to join our team. As a State Visual Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of presentation across our QLD locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual displays, window merchandising, and in-store promotions.
  • Implement training initiatives to develop the skills of Visual Merchandisers at store level.
  • Assist with new store manager training sessions on VM standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the installation of instore and window VM concepts to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Apply and interpret In-store VM Guidelines to ensure consistency across all stores.
  • Identify and action VM opportunities to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with State/Area Managers and Visual Merchandisers to set standards, provide feedback, and support store staff in a professional and personable way.

Requirements:

  • A current Driver's License and reliable vehicle for travel to all QLD locations.
