Concrete Plant Operator Job

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate various machinery such as excavators, bobcats and water trucks on a concrete recycling plant.
  • Maintain the plant through routine tasks like greasing rollers, changing screens and general housekeeping using shovels and brooms.
  • Pick materials from a moving conveyor belt in a small hut.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Physical fitness with good mechanical skills and quick hands.
  • Able to set high standards for safety, productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepared to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during shifts.
  • Ideal candidates will have mobile plant operation experience, but training will be provided.
  • Must own reliable transportation.
