Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing tailored training programs to enhance individual and team skills
  • Assessing player performances and identifying areas of improvement
  • Providing coaching and training to players
  • Strategic planning and direction: creating game strategies and developing play patterns for various match scenarios
  • Player motivation and supervision: inspiring players to achieve their best through motivational techniques and positive reinforcement
  • Recruitment and staff coordination: identifying and recruiting talented players to join the team and coordinating with assistant coaches to ensure cohesive team management
  • Competition and event management: organizing team participation in local competitions and managing logistical and supply arrangements for special events
  • Promotion and skills development: encouraging youth participation in sports through community outreach and promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Degree of Teacher of Physical Education or other relevant degree
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Football Coach for children
  • Having a Working with Children's check
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire children
