We are seeking an accomplished education professional to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative educational programs. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the way we approach early childhood education.

As an Educational Leader, your primary focus will be on shaping and refining our educational approach through collaborative work with other education professionals, children, and families. You will mentor, lead, and challenge others to drive improvement in our educational programs and practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading professional development and learning through coaching, mentoring, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Designing and delivering high-quality educational programs in well-resourced environments.
  • Building and influencing professional capacity and skills within the network.
  • Collaborating with educators through workshops and meetings to share best practices and innovate early childhood education programs.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will contribute to the development and implementation of teaching programs and practice, ensuring that each child participates in and benefits from the educational program.

Key performance indicators will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of curriculum to maximize each child's development and learning.
  • Supporting educators to ensure each child's participation in the educational program.
  • Assessing and supporting educators in their efforts to promote each child's learning and development.
  • Establishing clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice in collaboration with all educators.
