About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Trade Counter and Delivery Driver to join our team at Reece Group.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and information about products to plumbers and other tradespeople.
  • Offer quotes both in person and over the phone to meet customer needs.
  • Undertake pick, pack, and stock control activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment.
  • Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

What We're Looking For

  • A previous retail sales or customer service background, with a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information provision.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and willingness to learn new systems.
  • A clean, valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • A desire to develop your career, either locally, within our network, or at head office.
