Clinical Workforce Development Role

The South Australian Health Service is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Clinical Workforce Development Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve clinical workforce planning and development, in collaboration with the SA MET Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical workforce data and analytics
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement workforce development initiatives
  • Providing expertise and support to the SA MET Unit in clinical workforce planning and development
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and education institutions

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare workforce planning and development, with excellent analytical and communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
