Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Planner to join our Just Jeans Planning team. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will work as a commercial partner with the Product Managers to maximise the financial performance of the brand by developing and managing the department financial plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and forecasting: Build seasonal budgets in conjunction with the product team and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the financial projection.
  • Assortment planning: Implement and manage assortment plans to achieve department financial KPIs.
  • Inventory management: Control the department stock levels and stock turn.
  • Analysis and reporting: Undertake key in-season and post-season analysis and participate in forward forecasts with the Planning Manager.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in merchandise planning, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, option planning, managing the OTB and inventory management.
  • A passion for retail with an analytical mind.
  • Excellent commercial and business acumen.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word.
