  • Identify and address training needs within the team and develop training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reports to measure team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support leadership role, preferably in a Software as a Service/technology environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with process improvement and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of technical support processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
