Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a seamless experience for guests by responding promptly to their requests, efficiently and courteously. They will participate in training programs to enhance their skills and capabilities, promote our loyalty program and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout their tenure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service from the heart.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Promote our loyalty programs.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Attend to guest requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with guest services such as valet parking, luggage assistance and booking activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the region and its suppliers is desirable.
  • A passion for customer service along with a strong desire to achieve goals and targets.
  • Flexibility with regards to shifts and ability to work rotating rosters including mornings, nights & weekend shifts.
  • Computer literacy with an advantage if you have Opera PMS experience.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
