We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a Bakery Specialist, you will be responsible for baking a variety of bread products and assisting with the training of junior bakers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience working in a bakery environment and will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for baking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake a variety of bread products to meet customer demand
  • Assist with the training of junior bakers
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a bakery environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possession of Australian Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent qualification
