We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of People Experience Coordinator. This permanent position requires full-time work onsite.
About the Role:- Coordinate and maintain high standards of presentation at reception, ensuring all areas are clean, tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage the office onboarding process for new starters, collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth start.
- Present a professional image to all visitors and assist them courteously.
- Resolve Tier 1 requests in ServiceNow within the defined SLA of 48 hours.
- Analyze key trends and themes to minimize escalations.
- Experience using ServiceNow is essential.
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required.
- Proficiency in SAP system, including purchasing orders and invoices, is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional workplace experiences and possess excellent customer service skills, well-developed communication skills, strong time management and prioritization skills, and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
