We're seeking a skilled Retail Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis in Craigieburn. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customers with expert advice and excellent service. You'll work closely with our trade and DIY customers, assisting them in selecting the right products from our range of leading paints and coatings.

You'll also be involved in maintaining stock levels, cash handling, and EFTPOS operations. We'll provide comprehensive product training, so you'll be well-equipped to handle these tasks confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high levels of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels, including receiving and storing inventory
  • Operate EFTPOS facilities accurately and efficiently
  • Mix and tint paint accurately, following company procedures

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Physical fitness to regularly lift paint tins weighing up to 25kgs

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
