About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Outcomes Manager to join our team in the Rural and Remote East region. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality individualised disability supports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall operations of the regions Individualised Support Arrangements (ISA) within the Rural and Remote East (Gippsland)
  • Oversee the ongoing development and implementation of these disability services in the Rural and Remote East (Gippsland)
  • Lead the ISA management team and direct support staff in the provision of high-quality individualised disability supports
Requirements
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
  • Access to a roadworthy and insured vehicle for work-related travel
  • Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status, including booster
