Key Role for a Technical Expert

We seek an exceptional technical leader to drive the design, development, and deployment of high-quality server-side applications.

  • Owning end-to-end technical initiatives: identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, managing execution, and reporting progress.
  • Collaborating with Product, Design, Data, and business stakeholders to optimize product direction, simplify designs, and balance trade-offs.
  • Leading high-impact projects, anticipating and resolving issues before they become blockers.
  • Mentoring engineers up to Senior level, leading incident responses, and providing thoughtful code and architecture reviews.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience developing and deploying web APIs using .NET (C#), with deep knowledge of backend architecture and scalable system design.
  • Hands-on experience with ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework) and strong skills in constructing and optimizing RDMS queries.
  • Proficiency with asynchronous programming models, messaging queues (e.g., AMQP), and cloud PaaS environments (e.g., Azure).

We utilize machine learning-powered credit models that look beyond outdated credit scores, using over 250 real-time financial signals to recognize real potential.
