Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Fashion Designer to join our Brisbane Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for fashion, while working collaboratively with a dynamic team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering trend-aware fashion designs that elevate product desirability, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance market performance. You'll have the chance to work closely with Product Developers, conduct regular market research, and ensure consistency and originality across all designs.

  • Design innovative and original garments, selecting premium fabrics and trims to create visually appealing products.
  • Create accurate garment sketches and range boards to effectively communicate your designs.
  • Oversee final fittings and product approvals to ensure high-quality products meet brand standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field.
  • 3 years' experience in Fashion Design or a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
