English Faculty Director

In this exciting leadership role, you will have the opportunity to drive educational innovation and excellence within our vibrant learning community. As a Head of Faculty, you will be responsible for leading the faculty's pedagogical practices, managing the faculty's resources, and coordinating high-impact teaching and learning.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of educational leadership, with experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and team management. They will be able to provide effective and collaborative leadership to faculty members, support the growth and development of staff, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the faculty's pedagogical practices, ensuring that teaching and learning strategies are informed by current research and best practice.
- Manage the faculty's resources, including budgeting, personnel, and facilities.
- Coordinate high-impact teaching and learning initiatives, including professional development programs for staff and students.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to faculty members, supporting their growth and development as educators.
