Room Maintenance Associate Job Description

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment in hotel rooms and public areas.

\

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, including bathrooms and amenities\
  • Restock room attendant trolleys and maintain chemical containers\
  • Maintain cleanliness of storerooms and stock control areas\
  • Make beds to meet required standards and vacuum floors\
  • Clean public areas, including restaurants, function rooms, and day spas\
  • Dust and clean furniture, mirrors, and glass areas\
  • Dispose of waste and maintain a safe working environment\
  • Perform laundry duties as required\
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed\
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve job performance\
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times\
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives\
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues\
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner\

Requirements:
