Childcare Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for children in our care.

• Contribute to creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of children in your program (program development)
• Support the implementation of high-quality programs that exceed industry standards by ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, including parents and the wider community.
• Play and engage with primary school aged children in a fun and supportive environment

• You are passionate about working with kids, have a positive attitude, and enjoy making a difference
• You are a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Keen to learn and develop your skills in this field.
• You have excellent communication skills and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
