Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced psychologists to join our team as independent contractors, providing evidence-based psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. You will be working in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality psychological services to clients, utilizing your skills and expertise to deliver effective treatments and interventions. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client care and participate in regular supervision and training sessions to maintain your clinical knowledge and skills.
In this role, you will have the flexibility to select your own hours and work arrangements, allowing you to achieve a sustainable work-life balance. Our practice values autonomy and respect, offering a collaborative and supportive environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited institution
- AHPRA registration and Working with Children Check
- Professional Indemnity Insurance and eligibility for Medicare registration
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience in EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Neurodiversity Affirming Practice (desired)
