- Problem-Solving: Identify and implement tax-effective structuring solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
- Client Management: Manage complex client relationships, delivering high-quality service and adding value to our clients' businesses.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver internal tax training, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
- Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Corporate Tax or Tax Consulting, preferably in a mid-tier or Big 4 firm.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and report writing skills, with a consultative style and manner. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Commercial Expertise: Broad commercial expertise and judgment, with the ability to interpret complex legislation and deliver technically accurate and commercially appropriate advice.
