About the Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our aged clients, enabling them to live independently at home for longer. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Providing domestic assistance, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Offering social support and companionship
  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Supporting clients with mobility and therapy goals
  • Providing respite and emotional support

You will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure they receive the best possible care.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and empathetic approach to care
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $29.51-$31.04 per hour, plus superannuation and paid kilometres.
