Seeking an experienced retail leader to drive growth and excellence at our iconic Op-shop.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record in merchandising and team management.

This is a part-time opportunity, approximately 25-30 hours per week, with the potential for flexibility and autonomy.

The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing strategies to improve sales performance, maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service, and developing a positive team culture.

A competitive salary package is on offer, including penalty rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and customer service
  • Lead and develop a team of volunteers to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure financial sustainability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Proven track record in team leadership and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
