Role Overview:

We are seeking a charismatic and engaging Gaming Attendant to join our team.

This role involves interacting with customers, explaining game rules, accepting payments, encouraging guests, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be outgoing, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, explain game rules, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Payment Processing: Accept payment from customers and handle cash transactions.
  • Guest Engagement: Encourage guests, celebrate wins, and create a positive gaming experience.
  • Stock Management: Complete stock takes as required and maintain a clean and organized working area.
