Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Landscape Gardening Professional to join our team. As a key member of our gardening crew, you will be responsible for performing general garden maintenance duties, including mowing, pruning, weeding, hedging, etc.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in landscape or garden maintenance, with excellent time, job, and people-management skills. They will also possess a strong work ethic and 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to work independently when required.

As part of our team, you will be expected to maintain tools and equipment, foster positive relationships with customers through friendly communication and high-quality work, and complete physical tasks such as carrying materials and pushing wheelbarrows.

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with the ability to perform tasks like digging, pushing wheelbarrows, and working on your feet. A horticulture background is not necessary but knowledge of plants, especially native species, and their care would be beneficial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in landscape or garden maintenance
  • Ability to work independently when required and follow established processes
  • Australian driver's license (manual) and clean driving record (desired)
  • Excellent time, job, and people-management skills
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks like digging, pushing wheelbarrows, and working on your feet
  • Strong work ethic and 'can-do' attitude
