Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP solution design, with hands-on experience in configuring and integrating D365 SCM modules. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and document client business requirements, processes, and KPIs to facilitate workshops and capture functional needs for implementation.
  • Design, configure, and implement D365 SCM modules: Product Information Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Master Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Transportation.
  • Develop and review functional design documents for customizations, integrations, and reporting, collaborating with technical consultants to translate business needs into robust solutions.
  • Lead testing, training, and go-live support, providing expert-level advisory on system capabilities, change impacts, and optimisation.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Supply Chain or implementing D365 SCM in consulting.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery across mid-to-large-scale organisations, with understanding of supply chain processes and ERP solution design.
  • Hands-on proficiency with D365 SCM configuration, integrations, and related Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, LCS).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with ambiguity and prioritising business value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of leading workshops and stakeholder engagements.
