Cyber Security and Cyberworthiness Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a Cyber Security and Cyberworthiness Specialist to work with our Defence Projects team in various locations. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our Cyberworthiness Program.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Cyberworthiness Program
- Ensure the program achieves the required maturity levels and aligns with Defence Cyberworthiness Strategy
- Liaise with clients to manage sustainment impacts of acquisitions and modifications
- Provide regular reports on key activities and milestones
- Oversee effective management and governance of Cyberworthiness risks and threats
Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship with a current or recently suspended AGSVA clearance NV2
- Proven experience in managing cybersecurity programs within a defence context
- Strong understanding of Defence Cyberworthiness Strategy and relevant maturity frameworks
- Experience in governance, risk management, and assurance within cybersecurity
- Demonstrated ability to establish and define roles and responsibilities within complex projects
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills, with experience in liaising with senior executives
- Ability to engage effectively in international discussions and collaborations
- Excellent client management/stakeholder engagement
