Job Title: Insurance Professional

Are you a dedicated insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships? We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team of experts.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated individual with strong knowledge of SME insurance products, particularly locksmith schemes. They will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients, providing expert insurance advice and assistance, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products.

They will conduct thorough risk assessments, analyse insurance policies to ensure proper coverage and compliance, handle policy renewals, and proactively seek out new business opportunities to expand the portfolio.

As an Insurance Professional, you will work closely with internal teams, such as underwriters and claims specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients and provide expert insurance advice and assistance.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyse insurance policies to ensure proper coverage and compliance.
  • Handle policy renewals and proactively seek out new business opportunities to expand the portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Requirements:

  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification.
  • Proven track record as an accomplished insurance broker, preferably with experience in managing a portfolio independently.
  • Strong knowledge of SME insurance products, particularly locksmith schemes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking to assess risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and meet targets.
