Job Description

As a Casual Sales Assistant at West Lakes, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the successful and efficient running of the store.
Day to day you will; Support the Store Manager in the profitable running of the store.
Create an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your love of adventure Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets Assist in store operational requirements as requested by management

Key Skills and Qualifications

You will have experience and/or understanding of the retail sales environment.
You can demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills and will have a positive and flexible attitude that will shine in store to your fellow team and customers.
You will have strong initiative, be adaptable and cope well within fast paced retail environment.
