Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to work in our community setting providing tailored treatments to support positive health and wellbeing outcomes for our customers.
About the Role
This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical and therapeutic interventions that achieve optimal rehabilitation and goal achievement for our consumers. You will also be required to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of Plena and community-based providers while working within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living mobility transfers falls risk and prevention equipment requirements pressure area care skin integrity management arthritic joint management and pain management
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives
