Sales Associate Job Description

Job Title:

Sales Associate Pottery Barn Kids is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, demonstrations, and effective communication.
  • Utilize expert selling techniques to build sales, increase productivity, and drive business results.
  • Maintain visual merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting standards throughout the store.
  • Perform accurate and efficient register transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and process returns/exchanges.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail or specialty sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30kg, and move items around the store as needed.
