Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a General Medicine setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in outreach clinics in remote communities, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the health and well-being of our community.
- Undertake rotations in various medical specialties, including Haematology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Geriatrics, Respiratory Medicine, Perioperative Medicine, Palliative Care, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology/Immunology, and Neurology.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols, ensuring best practice in patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Completion of a medical degree and registration with the relevant medical board.
- Experience in a General Medicine setting, with a strong understanding of medical principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
