Project Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Design Manager to join our Water business in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of large projects and programs of work across water, wastewater, treatment plants, chemical dosing, hydrogen, and desalination.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, cost control, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach and achieve great customer and community outcomes.
- Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with KBR's Integrated Management System and quality requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to secure new business opportunities.
- Extensive experience in project management and design management, with a strong background in the water industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on developing and empowering staff.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing large, complex projects and/or programs of work, with multiple stakeholders in challenging environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field.
