Job Summary

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Penetration Testing Specialist - M365 to lead our efforts in discovering and exploiting vulnerabilities in Microsoft 365 services. This role involves assessing the security of our services by simulating real-world adversarial tactics and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct end-to-end vulnerability assessments to identify potential weaknesses in Microsoft's infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute operations that mimic real-world attacks to validate our production service's ability to detect, investigate, and respond.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for security change through clear communication and building partnerships.
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify potential breach points and security weaknesses within our infrastructure.
  • Design and prototype tools and techniques to accelerate offensive emulation and vulnerability discovery.
  • Work closely with Blue Teams to enhance readiness and develop solutions for defenders and customers.
  • Analyze simulated adversary tactics and communications to enrich our defensive strategies and threat intelligence.
Requirements
  • Expertise in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and exploit development.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and their security controls.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
