Job Summary

The Association TRENDS is seeking a highly qualified Academic Instructor to teach in-person courses in a higher education setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to undergraduate or graduate students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning
• Meet scheduled classes and office hours in accordance with university policy
• Ensure curriculum implementation and course preparation in accordance with school standards
• Prepare homework and exams, evaluate, and return student work in a timely manner to promote learning
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and submit final grade rosters in accordance with established university deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality of student information in accordance with FERPA

Requirements

• Masters degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Potential (demonstrated ability) to teach this course to undergraduate or graduate students

Working Environment

Candidates must be able to perform these duties in a flexible work environment. Courses may be scheduled during mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

Education and Experience

Selected candidates will be expected to have a strong background in higher education and a proven track record of teaching excellence.
