The purpose of this role is to service and grow a client portfolio through assisting our senior brokers. Key responsibilities include coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients.
This is a great opportunity to work with a successful Darwin branch and be considered for the position, we are seeking ideally 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, or an interest in the insurance industry. Strong organisational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong commitment to client service excellence are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus benefits such as four weeks annual leave, two paid volunteer days annually, health insurance discounts, employee stock purchase program, and more.
