As a Retail Leader at Coles, you will have the opportunity to see the tangible impact of your work every day, whether in a store, distribution centre, manufacturing site, or on the road.

The Coles Online Department plays a crucial role in selecting and packing online orders in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. These orders are then either collected by customers as part of our click and collect/concierge service or delivered to them in our Coles delivery vans.

You will be fully accountable for the day-to-day running of the online department, taking pride in contributing to a customer experience that is welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members, and community.

To excel in this role, you should have leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team. You will need to take a collaborative approach to meeting sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards.
