About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and safety-conscious individual to join our SkyPoint Climb team as a Climb Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring the safety of our guests, and providing an unforgettable adventure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Experience: Greet and register guests, provide verbal safety briefings, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  2. Safety and Compliance: Monitor climber activities, assemble and check safety equipment, and maintain a high level of safety awareness.
  3. Product Knowledge: Present information about the Gold Coast and its surroundings, including icons, landmarks, and history.
  4. Photography and Sales: Capture memories of our guests' experience and sell photos at the completion of the climb.
  5. Teamwork and Flexibility: Work collaboratively with the team, adapt to changing situations, and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
  1. Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  2. Previous Experience: Previous experience in a Climb Leader or similar role is advantageous.
  3. Communication Skills: Confident public speaker with excellent communication skills.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Highly developed problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  5. Safety and Physical Demands: Comfortable working at heights, physically fit, and able to perform physically demanding work.
  6. Qualifications: Possess a current Apply First Aid and CPR certificate and a current Australian Work safely at Heights Certificate, or be willing to obtain qualification prior to commencement.
