Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and finalize Prestart selections for various types of builds, including single and double-storey custom and project builds.
  • Administer contractual documents.
  • Prepare agendas and variations.
  • Occasionally update clients throughout the process until handover of keys.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Prestart Consultant, preferably with experience in two-storey builds.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
