Sanctuary Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to provide support for our clients across Robina, QLD, on a casual or part-time basis.
About the Role:
We provide in-home care for clients, enabling them to live independently with a little help from us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany clients during daily activities, running errands, and going on outings
- Food preparation and shopping
- Assisting in personal care and hygiene, such as showering and dressing
- Performing household tasks, including cleaning, washing, and folding clothes
- Providing social interaction and companionship
- Transport to appointments
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Individual Support or similar qualification and at least one year of experience in aged care or disability. They must also hold a COVID-19 Vaccination, have a current Police Check, and a current First Aid Cert including CPR. A dementia care qualification is desirable.
