We are seeking a talented professional to join our Contracts and Procurement team as a Supply Graduate.

The two-year Graduate Program supports the growth and development of our diverse workforce and encourages individuals to find their preferred pathway.

As a Supply Graduate, you will learn to develop recognition of different sourcing strategies and over time be able to develop strategies that reflect the importance and value of items being procured. This includes:

  • Developing recognition of the different sourcing strategies.
  • Preparing source documents for market testing.
  • Using established policies and procedures to best participate in negotiations.
  • Implementing and contributing to the development of contract management plans.

A combination of Group Office (Sydney) and site-based rotations are expected throughout the program. Upon successful completion, you will be offered a permanent role to continue to grow a bright career with us.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated capability to coordinate numerous activities within a demanding environment, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prerequisites include a Commerce, Business, Law, Economics or similar degree completed within the last three years.
