Disposals Supervisor

Linfox is seeking an experienced and highly efficient Disposals Supervisor to join our Government and Defence Team based at Amberley, QLD. This is a max-term full time role.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate and commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Meet individual and team KPIs
- Inventory reporting
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Ability to lead teams across a variety of warehouse operations, ensuring priority is given to safe work procedures and encouraging attention to detail
- Previous Defence warehousing and logistics experience (highly desirable)
- Experience in conducting operational reviews and financial reporting
- Strong problem solving, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
