Exciting Opportunity for a Disposals Supervisor

Linfox is seeking an experienced and highly efficient Disposals Supervisor to join our Government and Defence Team based at Amberley, QLD. This is a max-term full time role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate and commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Meet individual and team KPIs
  • Inventory reporting
Requirements:
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to lead teams across a variety of warehouse operations, ensuring priority is given to safe work procedures and encouraging attention to detail
  • Previous Defence warehousing and logistics experience (highly desirable)
  • Experience in conducting operational reviews and financial reporting
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
