Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement innovative surgical technologies and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to provide accurate information regarding products and their indications
  • Establish and run regular training for theatre personnel, partnering with our Professional Education team to offer additional high-level training opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, maintaining a high level of surgical and industry knowledge relevant to the role
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in a Health-related field, Science, or Business, with proven skills in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales and territory management
  • The ability to identify customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs, and proactively seek solutions
  • A self-starter mindset, coupled with a collaborative team player attitude
  • Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
