This role will provide administration support to a team of Client Executives and Client Managers with varied portfolios. You will be responsible for providing client servicing, which will be the key to your success.
Your day will be busy with a focus on client communication through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
You will participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.
You will prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner.
You will attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties.
You will manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers.
You will enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
